VibeWish sells personalized, AI-generated greeting videos as one-time digital purchases. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The product

• You receive a short MP4 video personalized with the name, message, occasion and optional photo you provide.
• All videos are AI-generated entertainment content (see our AI Disclosure).
• Delivery is digital, via the order status page and email. Typical delivery is minutes; we promise delivery within 24 hours.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm the information you enter is not hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or unlawful.
• If you upload a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and the adult person shown consents. Photos of minors are not accepted.
• Requests for celebrities, public figures or copyrighted characters are rejected without refund of review effort, but the order price is fully refunded.

Usage rights

You may use and share your delivered video for personal, non-commercial purposes without limit. Commercial use requires written permission.

Prohibited uses

• Sexual, pornographic or adult content of any kind.
• Harassment, humiliation, threats, or mocking protected traits.
• Impersonating a real person without their consent; celebrities, politicians and other public figures are always rejected.
• Copyrighted characters, brands or logos.
• Political, religious, deceptive or misleading content.
• Any image of a minor.

Moderation

Orders pass automated and, where flagged, human review. We may refuse and refund any order that violates our content rules.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. AI outputs vary; artistic interpretation of your inputs is not a defect.
