Full refund, automatically

• If we can't generate your video within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
• If your order is rejected by moderation, you get a full refund.
• If the delivered video misspells the name or message you entered, you get a fix or a full refund.

Free revision

Premium Wish orders include one free regeneration if you're not happy with the result. For other packages, contact us — if the output has a clear quality problem (broken visuals, wrong occasion), we regenerate it free.

What we can't refund

Because every video is personalized and generated on demand, we can't refund delivered videos for taste or style preferences after download. AI outputs vary between generations — that variation is part of the product, stated before purchase.

How to request

Reply to your delivery email or write to hello@vibewish.ai with your order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
