Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order data: recipient first name, occasion, your message, tone, your email address.
• Optional photo: only if you upload one, only to create your video.
• Payment: processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we never see card numbers.
• Usage analytics: anonymous funnel events (page views, clicks) without advertising identifiers.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your personalized video, including sending your inputs to AI video-generation providers under contract.
• To email you order confirmations and the delivery link.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use uploaded photos to train AI models.

Retention

• Uploaded photos and intermediate clips: deleted within 30 days of delivery.
• Final videos: kept 90 days so you can re-download, then deleted.
• Order records (without media): kept as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@vibewish.ai. EU/EEA customers have GDPR rights including complaint to a supervisory authority.
