AI Disclosure

Every VibeWish video is AI-generated entertainment content. Nothing in a VibeWish video is a real-life recording, a real event, or a real performance.

How we label AI content

• Every delivered video carries a visible “AI-generated · VibeWish.ai” label.
• Video files include machine-readable metadata marking them as AI-generated, in line with EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations.
• This disclosure appears on our website, at checkout and in delivery emails.

When you upload a photo

• The AI animates and stylizes the photo — the resulting motion, scene and voice-free performance are synthetic.
• You must have permission from the person in the photo. We don't accept photos of minors, celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
• If you share the video publicly, platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube may require you to use their AI-content label — please do.

What we never generate

• Real people who did not consent (no celebrity or public-figure likenesses).
• Copyrighted characters or brands.
• Sexual, hateful, violent, or harassing content.
